New monitor needs restart of program

When adding and removing monitors they don't show in the program for adjustment until it is closed and started again. It would be great if the new monitors were added to be adjusted as soon they were connected.

That is also valid for a case when already detected monitor is disconnected and reconnected to laptop - control over it is lost and program restart is required.
