Auto profile selection based on Sunrise/Sunset

It would be nice to have an auto Sunrise/Sunset profile selection in Monitor Manager based on user's Time Zone (which would be selected automatically according to Windows Regional Settings or could be selected from a TZ list).
The example application would be my other favorite eye-guard tool: f.lux (https://justgetflux.com/).
